The ideal candidate will lead the account development and penetration strategy for assigned customers or regions. They should be skilled at building and maintaining relationships with clients and work to provide exceptional customer service to clients.
Manage a portfolio of accounts
Generating new sales using existing and potential customer networks
Execute day to day sales activities including attending sales meetings
Preparation and follow-up of new Tenders
Ensure successful renewals of existing accounts
Responsible for creating reports on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
Prepare reports on account status
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner.
Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives.
Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience (1-3 years) non-managerial level is a must (No Entry-level)
Understanding of sales performance metrics
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent Leadership skills.
The ability to develop sales strategies and setting sales targets.
Familiar to ERP is a plus.
