Job Description :
-Receiving the job requisitions from with the concern departments.
-Establish the recruitment requirements based on organization structures.
-Anticipate the recruitment needs according to the recruitment plan for each department.
-Building and creating the JDs for the company positions across all levels.
-Advertise the job vacancies through different recruitment channels.
-Screen the cvs according to the job role and competencies.
-Manage the telephonic interview as pre-evaluation for the candidates.
-Coordinate the interview dates and appointment
-Report to the HR Manager all recruitment activities through recruitment trackers includes the full cycle till end of the process.
-Participate in employment fairs as tool of attracting talents.
-Conduct exit interviews and recommend the proper actions.
-Monitor the turnover %.
-Bachelor degree in any relevant filed
– males are preferred
-HR Certificate preferable
-Preferable 10th of October or around area residency
-Excellent Time Management
-Excellent in using Micros office
-Excellent English /Arabic commands
